Ways to Wellness is dedicated to helping clients develop and grow in their health and wellness journey. Our mission is to help people feel well – and acupuncture has shown to do just that.

It has officially been one year since adding community acupuncture to our growing list of Ways to Wellness services. For those unfamiliar, community acupuncture takes place in a larger room, where clients receive individual treatments at a lower cost than traditional private acupuncture sessions. Appointments are staggered, so each client receives one-on-one conversation with the acupuncturist to develop a treatment plan that works best for them. Acupuncture can be beneficial for a variety of common health conditions from stress management to digestive issues and more.

Our data shows that 93% of clients that have been treated more than four times say that the treatment improved the targeted symptoms. As reflected in the testimony above, acupuncture can benefit a variety of symptoms, but can also help to maintain health.
