30 Minute Full Body Circuit with Renee

May 15 @ 7:30 am - 8:00 am

This workout will challenge your mind as well as your body. Flow through various combinations that is guaranteed to elevate your heart rate and test your coordination.

 

To prepare: Download Zoom to your phone or computer. We will send out the Zoom meeting ID and password approximately 30 minutes prior to the start of class. When you sign into class, you will wait in the “virtual” waiting room until the instructor admits you.
