30 minute Lower Body Circuit with Renee

30 minute Lower Body Blast. Feel the burn as we work through effective lower body strengthening exercises focused on glutes, hamstrings, quads.
To prepare: Download Zoom to your phone or computer. We will send out the Zoom meeting ID and password approximately 30 minutes prior to the start of class. When you sign into class, you will wait in the “virtual” waiting room until the instructor admits you.
