Barre Burn with Maddie

Join Maddie Anderson Barre Instructor, for an at home Barre Burn workout. Use the back of your chair, couch or your countertop as your barre. Feel the burn as you tone and sculpt for long lean muscles. All fitness levels – optional equipment includes resistance band, dumbbells. Suggested: yoga mat.
To prepare: Download Zoom to your phone or computer. We will send out the Zoom meeting ID and password 30 minutes prior to the start of class. When you sign into class, you will wait in the “virtual” waiting room until the instructor admits you.
