Barre Burn with Maddie

You must enroll in this virtual class at least 60 minutes prior to the start time of the class to receive the Zoom link.

The Zoom link will be emailed on May 20 by 3:45 pm

 

Class Description: Join Maddie Anderson Barre Instructor, for an at home Barre Burn workout. Use the back of your chair, couch or your countertop as your barre. Feel the burn as you tone and sculpt for long lean muscles. All fitness levels – optional equipment includes resistance band, dumbbells. Suggested: yoga mat.

 

To prepare: Download Zoom to your phone or computer. We will send out the Zoom meeting ID and password 30 minutes prior to the start of class. When you sign into class, you will wait in the “virtual” waiting room until the instructor admits you.

This class is 45 minutes in length.
