Virtual – Body Scan and Chair Yoga with Shannon

Body Scan and Chair Yoga is created for “Any Body”. We will begin class with a guided meditation and body scan and then move into gentle chair yoga poses that will allow you to release stress and tension in your body. As we connect breath to movement, you will leave refreshed and energized.
To actively participate in this class, individuals should be able to transition from sitting in a chair to standing.
To prepare, download Zoom to your phone or computer. We will send out the Zoom meeting ID and password 30 minutes prior to the start of class. When you sign into class, you will wait in the “virtual” waiting room until the instructor admits you.
