Virtual – Bodyweight Strength – Cardio Circuit with Justin

Join Justin Julson, Fitness Specialist, for an intense at home bodyweight circuit workout. Participants will experience a blend of slow and fast movements to increase strength and improve cardiovascular fitness. Expect a new workout and blend of movements each week. This class is appropriate for intermediate and advanced fitness levels.

To prepare, download Zoom to your phone or computer. We will send out the Zoom meeting ID and password 30 minutes prior to the start of class. When you sign into class, you will wait in the “virtual” waiting room until the instructor admits you.

This class is 45 minutes in length.

You must enroll in this virtual class at least 30 minutes prior to the start time of the class to receive the Zoom link.
