Virtual Calming Meditation with Justin

Join Justin Julson, Health and Wellness Coach, for weekly guided meditations. Each week Justin will guide you through a new meditation for building mindfulness, promoting relaxation and reducing stress. All you need is a quiet space, and a chair or cushion! Our goal is for you to leave each session feeling relaxed and re-charged.

To prepare, download Zoom to your phone or computer. We will send out the Zoom meeting ID and password 30 minutes prior to the start of class. When you sign into class, you will wait in the “virtual” waiting room until the instructor admits you.

This class is 45 minutes in length.

You must enroll in this virtual class at least 30 minutes prior to the start time of the class to receive the Zoom link.
