Cardio Core Blast with Rachel

Join us for a fun, full body and energetic cardio core workout. Get your sweat on with this unique blend of core exercises sprinkled with cardio blasts.
To prepare: Download Zoom to your phone or computer. We will send out the Zoom meeting ID and password 30 minutes prior to the start of class. When you sign into class, you will wait in the “virtual” waiting room until the instructor admits you.
