Conquering the Carb Craze with Chef Jeremy

Learn how to prepare well-balanced dishes composed of healthy carbohydrates, fats and proteins without the bread. With food this good, you won’t miss it!
Menu: Thai Chicken with Cilantro, Lemongrass and Grilled Napa Slaw
To prepare: Download Zoom to your phone or computer. We will send out the Zoom meeting ID and password 30 minutes prior to the start of class. When you sign into class, you will wait in the “virtual” waiting room until the instructor admits you.
