Foam Roll Refresh with Megan

Has your foam roller been quarantined somewhere in your house, patiently waiting for you to find it and put it to use again? This class is the perfect time! Follow along and learn a full-body foam rolling routine to help reduce tension and improve mobility.
To prepare: Download Zoom to your phone or computer. We will send out the Zoom meeting ID and password approximately 30 minutes prior to the start of class. When you sign into class, you will wait in the “virtual” waiting room until the instructor admits you.
