Full Body Strength and Cardio Tabata with Renee

Full body strength and cardio Tabata. Get your heart pumping and muscles working in this Tabata Style class. We will be pairing a strength move and alternating it with a cardio move. Grab your mat and a set up dumbbells and let’s get moving!
To prepare: Download Zoom to your phone or computer. We will send out the Zoom meeting ID and password approximately 30 minutes prior to the start of class. When you sign into class, you will wait in the “virtual” waiting room until the instructor admits you.
