Home-Made Convenience Foods with Chef Angela

Large food manufacturers have had the corner on the convenience foods market for decades, and they are NOT necessarily concerned with the state of your health and wellbeing. This class will show you how easy it can be to take back the control of your mealtime while increasing fresh and nutritious ingredients, all without sacrificing convenience.
Menu: Mason Jar Salad with Spinach, Mushroom and Balsamic Vinaigrette; Gorgeous Green Breakfast Smoothie
Cook along with Chef Angela or just hangout and watch demo-style.
To prepare: Download Zoom to your phone or computer. We will send out the Zoom meeting ID and password approximately 30 minutes prior to the start of class. When you sign into class, you will wait in the “virtual” waiting room until the instructor admits you.
