Virtual – Introduction to Mindful Eating with Megan

Learn the basics of mindful eating and practice techniques together. Increase your awareness of emotional, environmental, or social triggers that fuel mindless eating.
To prepare, download Zoom to your phone or computer. We will send out the Zoom meeting ID and password 30 minutes prior to the start of class. When you sign into class, you will wait in the “virtual” waiting room until the instructor admits you.
