Kickboxing for Cardio with Rachel

Jab, cross and kick your way to a better day! No equipment required, just enough space to kick around.


To prepare: Download Zoom to your phone or computer. We will send out the Zoom meeting ID and password approximately 30 minutes prior to the start of class. When you sign into class, you will wait in the “virtual” waiting room until the instructor admits you.
