Lower Body Burner and Core Bonus. Feel the burn in this challenging bodyweight class. You do not need weights to feel this workout! Grab a mat, water bottle and feel the burn!


To prepare: Download Zoom to your phone or computer. We will send out the Zoom meeting ID and password 30 minutes prior to the start of class. When you sign into class, you will wait in the “virtual” waiting room until the instructor admits you.
