Virtual Mind Body Skills with Justin

Join Justin Julson, Health and Wellness Coach, as he guides you through a different Mind-Body skills each week. Mind-Body skills include, but are not limited to, meditation, drawing, mindfulness and movement. These skills help promote healing, reduce stress and build resiliency. These techniques can be practiced any time, and virtually (no pun intended) everywhere.

To prepare, download Zoom to your phone or computer. We will send out the Zoom meeting ID and password 30 minutes prior to the start of class. When you sign into class, you will wait in the “virtual” waiting room until the instructor admits you.

This class is 45 minutes in length.

You must enroll in this virtual class at least 30 minutes prior to the start time of the class to receive the Zoom link.
