Pilates and Posture with Rachel

Ultimate blend of abs, back and flexibility exercises to lengthen, open and improve body function.
To prepare: Download Zoom to your phone or computer. We will send out the Zoom meeting ID and password approximately 30 minutes prior to the start of class. When you sign into class, you will wait in the “virtual” waiting room until the instructor admits you.
