Pilates on a Roll with Megan

Learn a new way to use your foam roller and get an awesome core stability workout while you’re at it!


To prepare: Download Zoom to your phone or computer. We will send out the Zoom meeting ID and password 30 minutes prior to the start of class. When you sign into class, you will wait in the “virtual” waiting room until the instructor admits you.
