Have you heard the word “metabolism” over and over, and always wondered what that means? In this class we’ll discuss:
- what metabolism actually means
- factors that affect metabolism
- specifically focus on how lifestyle habits like exercise and nutrition impact metabolism
To prepare: Download Zoom to your phone or computer. We will send out the Zoom meeting ID and password 30 minutes prior to the start of class. When you sign into class, you will wait in the “virtual” waiting room until the instructor admits you.
