Stress Resiliency Skills with Justin

Come learn about the mind-body connection and the power you have to optimize your health using resiliency techniques. Our Holistic Lifestyle Coach will dive into the impact of the stress response in the body and lead you through activities practicing resiliency skills. You’ll experience meditation and breath-work, and spend time creating a plan to make improvements in your life and overall health. Expect to leave feeling empowered and restored.


To prepare: Download Zoom to your phone or computer. We will send out the Zoom meeting ID and password approximately 30 minutes prior to the start of class. When you sign into class, you will wait in the “virtual” waiting room until the instructor admits you.
