Strictly Stretching with Rachel

Perfect for a post workout, walk or run stretch. Hit the trails and end your workout with this restorative stretching class.


To prepare: Download Zoom to your phone or computer. We will send out the Zoom meeting ID and password approximately 30 minutes prior to the start of class. When you sign into class, you will wait in the “virtual” waiting room until the instructor admits you.
