Tai Chi and Yoga with Debbie

Tai Chi and Yoga can help offset the stress of disrupted schedules and the sedentary lifestyle that virtual work and staying home can bring. These practices can help manage overwhelm and restore calm energy in mind and body.
To prepare: Download Zoom to your phone or computer. We will send out the Zoom meeting ID and password approximately 30 minutes prior to the start of class. When you sign into class, you will wait in the “virtual” waiting room until the instructor admits you.
