Tai Chi for Balance with Justin

Join Justin Julson, Health and Wellness Coach, as he guides you through a series of Tai Chi movements to improve balance and mobility, and practice mindfulness. These movements are completed while standing and from a chair. Leave each session feeling energized and restored. This is not exercise class.
To prepare: Download Zoom to your phone or computer. We will send out the Zoom meeting ID and password 30 minutes prior to the start of class. When you sign into class, you will wait in the “virtual” waiting room until the instructor admits you.
