The “Herb-An” Gardener with Chef Angela

Fresh herbs can bring bold and distinct flavors and aromas to mealtime without adding a bunch of salt, sugar or fat. Join us to learn how to optimize your container garden to produce your own fresh herbs. We will also discuss fun ways to incorporate them into your cooking, how to keep them fresh longer, when to use fresh vs dry as well as their potential health benefits.
Menu: Steak and Chimichurri Sauce; Zucchini and Basil Soup with Cashew Cream; Roasted Vegetables with Herbs, Tabbouleh; Buttermilk Scones with Thyme; Herb Infused Waters (Blueberry-Basil, Rosemary- Grapefruit, Mint- Cucumber- Lemon)
