THRIVE: Cancer Survivorship: Strength and Movement after Cancer

Learn how to regain strength and movement, one step at a time. All levels welcome.

 

To prepare: Download Zoom to your phone or computer. We will send out the Zoom meeting ID and password 30 minutes prior to the start of class. When you sign into class, you will wait in the “virtual” waiting room until the instructor admits you.

 

Instructor: Renee Oxford

 

This class is 45 minutes in length.
