Upper Body Workout with Renee

Enjoy this challenging bodyweight workout that will focus on dynamic movement patterns to hit your upper body and core.

 

To prepare: Download Zoom to your phone or computer. We will send out the Zoom meeting ID and password approximately 30 minutes prior to the start of class. When you sign into class, you will wait in the “virtual” waiting room until the instructor admits you.
