Upper Body Workout with Renee

Challenge your upper body and stabilization as you do dynamic movements to work the core. Grab your mat, glider disks (substitutions: furniture movers, towels or plastic Frisbees) and let’s get “gliding”.
To prepare: Download Zoom to your phone or computer. We will send out the Zoom meeting ID and password approximately 30 minutes prior to the start of class. When you sign into class, you will wait in the “virtual” waiting room until the instructor admits you.
