Virtual – Basics of Anti-Inflammatory Nutrition Part 2: Micronutrients with Megan

In this class, we’ll discuss how nutrition can help combat chronic inflammation and ways to add more anti-inflammatory foods to your kitchen.

To prepare, download Zoom to your phone or computer. We will send out the Zoom meeting ID and password 30 minutes prior to the start of class. When you sign into class, you will wait in the “virtual” waiting room until the instructor admits you.

This class is 45 minutes in length.
