Virtual – Calming Meditation with Justin

An event every week that begins at 8:00 am on Thursday, repeating until August 27, 2020

Join Justin Julson, Health and Wellness Coach, for weekly guided meditations. Each week Justin will guide you through a new meditation for building mindfulness, promoting relaxation and reducing stress. All you need is a quiet space, and a chair or cushion! Our goal is for you to leave each session feeling relaxed and re-charged.
