Virtual Cardio Blast with Rachel

Work your abs, gluts and core with this fun and energetic workout. 5-10# weights can be used to enhance the workout, although they are not required.
To prepare, download Zoom to your phone or computer. We will send out the Zoom meeting ID and password 30 minutes prior to the start of class. When you sign into class, you will wait in the “virtual” waiting room until the instructor admits you.
