An event every week that begins at 5:00 pm on Monday, repeating until September 28, 2020

Chef Angela’s Monday series is back as she continues to help you cook quick and healthy meals the whole crew will WANT to eat! Chef will walk you through with step by step instruction to help you get supper on the table before 6pm!

Week 1 Menu: Quinoa Salad with Black Beans, Tomato, Avocado and Cumin Lime Dressing; Dairy Free Coconut and Mango Con Leche

Week 2 Menu: Baked Walleye with Lemon Broccoli and Avocado; Shaved Brussels Sprouts Salad with Pear, Apple, Craisins and Apple Cider Dressing with Dijon

Week 3 Menu: Home-Made Thai Green Chicken Curry with Red Pepper, Pea Pods and Basil; Grilled Pineapple with Warmed Coconut Butter and Sliced Almonds
