Virtual – Fighting Inflammation with Food with Chef Jeremy

Learn how to reduce inflammation in your body, while preparing and experiencing mouth-watering omega-3, fiber and probiotic rich foods. This class will be led by our Chef and will be a combination of participation and lecture. Come ready to practice your food preparation skills and taste the results.
