Virtual – Finding Calm in Uncertainty with Shannon

The drop-in group coaching class is designed to cultivate resilience and calm, find common humanity, and offers opportunities for self-reflection. During challenging and uncertain times, it is important for individuals to manage stress and maintain health.

Finding Calm in Uncertainty is created for individuals to enhance personal wellbeing. The class is experiential and encompasses group sharing, self- reflection activities, and mind-body practices.

Weekly Topics Include:

– Finding Calm in Uncertainty; Cultivating Self Care (3/31)

– Enhance Your Gratitude Practice (4/7)

– Take a Look at Your Lifestyle Habits (4/14)

– Developing Hope and Optimism (4/21)

– The Importance of Social Connection and Self Compassion(4/28)

You have the option to enroll in all five weeks or can choose to drop-in, however, sign-up is required each week. Maximum enrollment: 15 participants per week.

To prepare, download Zoom to your phone or computer. We will send out the Zoom meeting ID and password 30 minutes prior to the start of class. When you sign into class, you will wait in the “virtual” waiting room until the instructor admits you.
