Virtual – Hatha Yoga with Justin

An event every week that begins at 7:30 am on Tuesday, repeating until August 25, 2020

Justin Julson, Registered Yoga Teach (RYT), will incorporate longer holds, standing poses for balance, and time at the end of each session for meditation. This class is designed for all ability levels, however, participants should be able to transition from the floor to standing. Our goal is to have you leave this class feeling stronger, more balanced (physically and energetically) and relaxed.
