Join Justin, Fitness Specialist and Wellness Coach, for this full-body kettlebell workout. These workouts will be designed to improve your overall strength and conditioning. Whether you’re looking to build functional strength or improve your athletic performance, this class is for you. This class is intended for those with intermediate to advanced fitness levels. You will need a Kettlebell(s) and an exercise mat.
