Virtual – Restorative Yoga with Rachel

An event every week that begins at 10:15 am on Friday, repeating until July 31, 2020

Join us for an invigorating yoga flow practice. Myofascial stretching is incorporated. Benefits include: increased strength, flexibility & balance, and a greater sense of well-
being (mind, body & spirit). All abilities welcome.
