Virtual – Strictly Stretching with Rachel

An event every week that begins at 9:00 am on Tuesday, repeating until August 25, 2020
It can be challenging to fit stretching into your workout routine. This intentional stretching class can help you incorporate stretching into your week to maintain or gain flexibility. All levels welcome. e will have “off the floor”, all-levels stretching as well as more intensive stretches on the mat.
