Mondays are tough enough without having to come up with something healthy the whole crew will WANT to eat! Give yourself a break and let our very own Chef Angela help you out in August. Chef will walk you through the step by step instruction to help you get your supper on the table before 6 pm!
Week 1 Menu: Chicken Satay with Home-Made Red Curry Paste and Peanut Sauce Cucumber Salad with Shallot, Serrano and Maple
Week 2 Menu: Grilled Steaks and Massaged Kale Salad with Apple, Cranberry, Cheddar and Dijon; Mango and Cherry Sorbet with Honey
Week 3 Menu: Asian Edamame Salad with Peanuts, Bean Sprouts, Bell Pepper and Cilantro, Dairy-Free Mango Sticky Rice with Coconut Milk and Maple Syrup
Week 4 Menu: Beef and Arugula Stir-Fry with Bell Pepper, Snow Peas and Ginger, Chilled Honeydew Soup with Kiwi, Lime and Mint
