Virtual – Summer Supper Series with Chef Angela

An event every week that begins at 5:00 pm on Monday, repeating until July 27, 2020
Mondays are tough enough without having to come up with something healthy the whole crew will WANT to eat! Give yourself a break and let our very own Chef Angela help you out each Monday in July. Chef will walk you through, with step by step instructions to help you get supper on the table before 6pm!
Week One Menu: Pan seared Mahi Mahi and Mango Salsa with Cucumber, Lime and Cilantro
Week Two Menu: Southwest Grilled Salmon and Blueberry Roasted Corn Salad with Cucumber, Jalapeño and Lime
Week Three Menu: Grilled Chicken with Thai Vegetable Salad and Almond Sauce
Week Four Menu: Grilled Steak and Black Bean Salsa with Tomato, bell pepper and corn.
