An event every week that begins at 12:15 pm on Friday, repeating until July 31, 2020

Join Justin Julson, Fitness Specialist and Wellness Coach, for an intense at home bodyweight circuit workout. Participants will experience a blend of slow and fast movements to increase strength and improve cardiovascular fitness. Expect a new workout and blend of movements each week. This class is appropriate for intermediate and advanced fitness levels.
