•3 cups Almond Milk
•2 each Mango or Banana, fresh
•1 cup Papaya, fresh
•½ cups Walnuts
•1 inch fresh Ginger Root
•2 teaspoon Turmeric, ground
•½ teaspoon Cinnamon, ground
•2 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
•2 Tablespoon Flax Seeds
•1 cup Ice
