Dynamic Warm-up 1-2 x 12ea

  • BW Squats, Spiderman in Place,
  • Plank to Downward Dog, Lateral Lunge with Reach, Hip Bridge on Floor and Deadbugs

Circuit #1

  • KB Swings x 12, 10, 8 (drive with your legs and hips…keep your arms straight but fairly relaxed)
  • Push-ups x 8, 6, 6
  • Frog Jump or Mountain Climber x 10e

Circuit #2

  • KB Goblet Squat x 12, 10, 8
  • Bent-over Rows x 10, 8, 6
  • Quick Steps (top of step only) x 12e
