Short experiential sessions introducing mindfulness or positive psychology
tools to help with stress.  

Wellness Break (45 min)

Mondays 12:15-1:00 pm
Weekly discussion to make sense of current wellness topics, and learn practical ideas for self-care.

Virtual CookingAs a Virtual Member, you will also have access to an exclusive recorded class library for you to use at any time. Choose from fitness classes, nutrition lectures, cooking classes and mind body classes. Miss a live class? No worries – the class will be uploaded to the recorded library within a few days.
