Community: Spend more time with our wellness community! Group fitness is a great way to connect with other like-minded individuals who are committed to their well-being goals and making wellness a part of their lifestyle. We become like the people we spend the most time with, so why not spend time with other health-focused people, while having some fun?

Accountability: Ever heard “fail to plan, plan to fail”? We run our classes in an 8-week series for a reason! Committing to 8-weeks is a great way to take action and jumpstart your progress in achieving your goals. When you have your exercise or meditation time planned in and waiting for you each week, (not to mention paid for already), you’ll find less excuses to skip it. Next thing you know, it leads to lifelong habits and improved overall well-being. You deserve it!

Challenge: Just show up. Have you ever arrived at the gym, hopped on the elliptical, put your favorite song on, and checked the time to find you’ve only been on there for 3 minutes and you’re already ready to leave?? Trust me, we’ve all been there. 8 for $80’s group fitness will provide you with a variety of workouts, yoga flows, or guided meditation, so you won’t have to worry about getting bored. All you have to do is show up! Challenge is good for our body & mind. Identify what your challenge is. Is it forcing yourself to slow down? Knowing how to do proper movements? Whatever it is, I recommend you choose at least one class that feels like you’re stepping outside of your comfort zone. You may discover benefits you didn’t even know you needed.
